INVESTORS - AEROS FOR SALE
After being an independent inventor for almost 40 years, I decided to tackle as my last career project something that has eluded scientists for decades; the safe cigarette.
Time will prevent me from completing the final phase of this work. The invention is complete but It will require more and younger hands to finally maximize the full potential
of Aeros by mass distributing the product. The success of Aeros to date has been absolute. The following accomplishments are noted:
(1) Achieved the science required to deliver nicotine vapors and natural tobacco flavorings (just like a cigarette) without
heat, smoke or cancer causing agents of any kind.
(2) Maintained the method, taste and control demanded by smokers to effectively replace the cigarette.
(3) Completed the production technology and acquired quality source suppliers to manufacture in volume.
(4) Obtained federal and state licensing permits required to manufacture and sell Aeros to consumers.
(5) Completed the TEST MARKET to prove Aeros is accepted and favored by consumers.
To further explain (#5), Aeros has only been sold; never given away as free samples. No marketing of this product of any kind has been conducted besides the web site
being listed on Yahoo and Google. Aeros is not sold in stores. Yet, sales continue to climb at about the rate of 20% each month. This has all been by "word of mouth";
people trying Aeros, reordering and telling their friends about it.
The goal for Aeros has always been two fold. First; accomplish the science, manufacturing, regulatory approval and consumer acceptance of the product. This has all been
done. Second, mass market the product to make it available to people in stores everywhere with strong advertising support. This must still be done. Consistently, customers
ask; "when will Aeros be available in stores so I don't have to wait for orders being shipped via the Internet".
What is the market for Aeros? The current cigarette market is $300 billion. Everyone knows that smoking kills. New laws are being passed daily making it almost
impossible to smoke anywhere. Every smoker in the world is a customer waiting for Aeros. What about chewing tobacco? Isn't that a viable answer to replace the cigarette?
No, never. Only one in ten smokers will even tolerate tobacco inside their mouths and "chew" will never provide the "hit" and control that Aeros delivers; just like a cigarette.
I have done the job of completing 'Phase 1', but being of retirement age, unable to tackle "Phase 2". Aeros is a 'turn key' project; ready to be mass marketed to a giant consumer
base of smokers looking for a cigarette they can enjoy anywhere without restriction. What is needed now is a company with the resources to make Aeros available to everyone,
everywhere. $300 billion in sales is there for the taking from the giant tobacco companies. All the new 'NO SMOKING' laws are making the burning cigarette obsolete.
The price for all assets; all rights worldwide, is $5 million plus 3% of sales. There is no debt, partners or liens of any kind. Why not ask $30 million or more? All I care about is
seeing Aeros being made a major brand name marketed everywhere in the world. The acquiring company is welcome to all the millions and billions they can make with my
congratulations. Mass distribution is required to help a large number of people. Only a company expert in marketing can accomplish this. Even now, with all the anti-smoking
movements and laws; 400,000 Americans will die this year from cigarette smoke related illnesses; 5 million worldwide. This must stop. Aeros is the way.
SALES PARTICULARS: Aeros is patented but there are hundreds of patents and products in
the ‘stop smoking’ category. The real value here lies in two primary areas. It took 10 years to
develop Aeros. Government regulations are extremely difficult and time consuming to comply
with. It took four years alone to achieve consumer sales allowance from the government and it
will only become harder, more costly and time consuming for future competitor products. Therefore, government allowances are a key value point unless a company has five years and considerable
legal expenses to gamble on trying to get a new product approved for sale.
Of the hundreds of ’stop smoking’ products, most fail miserably. Either they don’t work or they
cannot replicate cigarette satisfaction to make a person want to stop smoking. Aeros works.
Smokers like the product and can easily use Aeros to become a nonsmoker. Therefore, ’trade
secrets’ is the other key area of value here. It took thousands of experiments and material
variations to achieve the Aeros ’formula’. The ‘formula’; what makes Aeros unique, is not
easily duplicated. A similar example is Coca-Cola (R). There are so many Cola soft drinks; but
only one has those distinctive ingredient components that separate it from all others.
The math. The hard numbers are as follows. For every 1000 smokers that try Aeros, 175 become
regular customers ordering a pack every month. The rest use Aeros only occasionally (such as on
airplanes). There are 45 million smokers in the U.S. alone. If those smokers were aware of Aeros
and just tried it once, it would equate to about 8 million packs per month with sales of $2.4 billion
annually. What if using Aeros became ’socially acceptable’? In other words, what if smoking became
uncool and using Aeros became ’in’; the numbers would multiply dramatically. Only an advertising
campaign can do this. Finally, film stars would be photographed with an Aeros in hand instead of a lit cigarette. It would be all over then. Aeros would replace cigarettes completely and people would wonder
why they ever smoked in the first place. The $2.4 billion would become $30 billion or more.
To all brokers, service providers and entrepreneurs with unusual offers, please don’t call. Only
principals with the resources, personnel and infrastructure to mass market Aeros will be considered.
Also, if I am not convinced that a buyer has the ability to complete the goal, I will not sell to them.
