As the developer of the Aeros technology, I would like to first share my experience. Following, will be the unedited letters from Aeros customers. Being a smoker for over 25 years, I was never able to quit. Nicotine gum, patches, “cold turkey”, acupuncture; even hypnotism was tried. I failed miserably each time, always wanting a cigarette; always returning to smoking. I am now using Aeros exclusively and totally smoke free. I don't even want to smoke. I get the same satisfaction as smoking, but I don’t feel as chained to it. I can go for hours without even thinking about having an Aeros. I feel better now then I ever did when I smoked. No more coughing and always feeling drained; much more energy. Three Aeros tubes last me for about one and a half days. A big change for a former two pack plus per day smoker. This is my actual personal experience using Aeros and not a product recommendation. My recommendation is to consult with your physician on health matters and work towards being free of all tobacco and nicotine content products; including Aeros. —— R. After a couple of weeks, I am now using Aeros at work everyday. It really delivers the simulated smoking experience I believe will help me quit smoking permanently. But, with Aeros, this is a core part of the cessation process, and mitigated by the way you use the product. Considering that 8 puffs only delivers .05 mg of nicotine when a normal cigarette delivers about 1 mg, I figured it would feel like breathing air through a tube. I am on my third attempt to quit smoking. I have not smoked in 6 days. There are those times, however, when you think you are going to cave, usually due to some emotional trigger.
