Considering that 8 puffs only delivers .05 mg of nicotine when a normal cigarette delivers about 1 mg, I figured it would feel like breathing air through a tube. I am a 14 year flight attendant and fly to Japan several times every month. Initially I intended to use Aeros to keep my craving in check on these long flights. After a few weeks I noticed that the craving had actually disappeared and I didn’t need Aeros to keep me going during a flight.
